Most stumps are ground 6-12 inches below ground level, which s sufficient for grass, landscaping, and most future uses of the area.

Most residential stumps can be ground in less than an hour.  Larger stumps or multiple stumps may require additional time.

We leave the wood chips on-site for mulch.  Or, we can refer local landscape contractors for cleanup upon request.

In most cases, yes.  Our equipment is designed to work in tight spaces and around structures.  We'll evaluate the site and determine the safest approach.

ABSOLUTELY!  We want to honor our Veterans,  who have served our great nation.

Stump grinding is the process of removing a tree stump by using a specialized machine that grinds the stump into small wood chips. Unlike complete stump removal, the root system is typically left underground to decompose naturally.

Stump grinding is often more affordable, less invasive, and faster than complete stump removal. Full removal may be necessary if construction or major landscaping is planned.

  The wood chips can be:

  • Used as mulch in garden beds
  • Spread around trees and shrubs
  • Used to fill the hole left by the stump
  • Removed and replaced with topsoil for growing grass
